Mini Laptop Accessories

Ordered 45w Dell Inspiration 15 3551 Adapter which included a free power cord. Which I have not received. I have now looked at the reviews for Mini Laptop Accessories, I now realise this company is possibly a scam, I should have read the reviews before i purchased anything. Having not received my Adaper and cord I have contacted Paypal, and i am awaiting their response. I am very disappointed not only in this company but myself, i am usually so careful, I should have looked at the reviews for this company before i purchased. I am hoping paypal will be able to resolve this otherwise it looks like that is £20.00 of my money down the drain.

I am waiting for 2 Months ...is that Normal ??? I tried so many times to contact him ...nothing happened...OMG ...this is not normal ...Even from China the good are coming in maximum two weeks ... I am waiting from Paypal to do anything against this seller .I do not know if he will be able to give me a refund - but i will try.

This business is totally a fail. Order june 5th. We are july 17, still nothing. Robin G doesn't answer. No refund, no delivery, no reply. It looks more to me to a crook company, enjoying inernet anonimity and his location in China (where is paid Paypal debit) to scam customer. Price are ok, but to receive nothing, it's still too expensive. I would advise, and frankly should have made more research before pressing enter button, to avoid any purchase to this company. There is a quite big amount of complaints already. I am another pissed customer with Mini Laptop Accessories. don't buy them ... don't buy them ... don't...

I have a very bad experience with minilap top accessories One month after order still nothing received. I am not even sure it has been sent. Their customer service named robin G is a joke. He is keeping asking me information provided in my order and I cant see why for any legit reason. well, I consider already I lost money paid and I wont even try to escalate to Paypal as I have better things to do than chasing a ghost cheatting company in remote china, without considering the uselessness. My purchase looks more like a scam. I should have been more careful and checked for feedback before pressing enter. avoid any purchase with them, just my advice

I ordered an HP laptop charger from Mini Laptop Accessories two years ago and waited for a long time and I never received the item. I contacted them and they said we will send you another. Apparently this is their trick to buy some time after the transaction so that you are not able to sue them through Paypal anymore. If the you decide to open a dispute against them through Paypal make sure it is within 180 days from the date of transaction. Hola buenas , Me enviaron un producto de mala calidad que ademas no funciona. No se hacen cargo pese a que indica en su web que tienen garantía y que en caso de un mal funcionamiento se hacen ellos cargo . El producto es una mala falsificación no se acerca ni de lejos a un producto hp . Tengo el original y puedo como parar entre unos materiales y otros. (grosor de cable, peso, tamaño) Si se parece en algo es pura casualidad . No devuelven el dinero ni reemplazan el producto . Recomiendo que si entras en la pagina la cierres de inmediato y busques en otro lugar . Corre y no mires atras .

Annonce des produits originaux et envois des produits chinois. Ne répond ni au mail ni au téléphone. Adresse soit disant à Marseille mais produit venant de chine sous le label minilaptopaccessorie avec une adresse de retour en cas de non livraison en Suède. Bref une arnaque. Somme remboursé par PayPal y compris les frais de retour de 26€ (après leur avoir téléphoné )

Still waiting the ac adaptor since May the 27th. They said 10/15 days, and nobody knows where the issue is. If i want my money back they have to recieved the issue (its lost) and they wil deduct some money. Incredible. I made the order on www.mini-laptop-accessories.com on 27th of June 2013 - it was a keyboard for Asus laptop, paid using Paypal but the order was never shipped. I contacted the guy who runs this business (Robin G), he responded a couple of times with some generic response ("OK, I inform our manager to do that."), but since 2013 there're no updates on this order. In 2014 and 2015 I submitted several requests on their website but received no responses. Dear Robin, if you're reading this review here's my message to you: I haven't forgot about the order and I will remind you about it until it's shipped or I get a full refund.

Dear all I bought a Dell charger/adapter E7440. Its like Canada Dry = there is the color, the taste (blaster around it) but it is a fake = 3 months after > the charger did not work. Sandy was nice as they say > ok we can send you a new one, you just have to pay the post 18€. 3 months later > the same.... the charger didn't work. Finally they said > we only send "equivalent" dell. It will be my last time purchase on this site. I just want equivalent and but working at least for years So just an advice avoid them, don't loose time and money. Best regards Claude

I bought an original charger for my Samsung laptop on www.adattatore-portatile.com (which is part of the infamous minilaptopaccessories@***.com bogus websites), because I needed it quite urgently I thought that if I bought it on an Italian website it would get delivered quicker than if coming from abroad. I ended up on this bogus website and found the charger I needed for a very good price (31 euros), no delivery charges and the shipping instructions on the webite actually pointed out that items purchased were either shipped off directly from the seller's warehouse on the day of purchase or within 2 working days if not available. Delivery time would be approx 7-10 working days. After over a week waiting for the delivery to arrive I filled out the request information form on the seller's website and I got a badly written reply in English from their customer service team advising that the item had been shipped already and was on its way. When I realized that they had replied in Chinglish rather than in Italian I became very suspicious and asked them if they were actually based in China. When I got an affirmative reply I asked them where it was stated on their website that the company was based in China: no reply. I sent another email and asked when approximately the item would get delivered. I was given a tracking number to use on a global tracking website and was told that the item had been shipped from the seller's warehouse in Singapore and that it would reach Italy in approx 15-20 days. When I asked the customer service team where it was stated on their website that deliveries are shipped off East Asian countries and that they would take 15-20 days to reach Europe I received no reply. Afterwards I emailed them every single day to track down the delivery, which eventually arrived 18 working days after the purchase. The item is actually ok, but I really can't tolerate that this seller pretends to be based in Italy, provides incorrect and deceiving information about delivery times on their website, provides not VAT registration number for the company, no address, no phone number and when asked on different occasions how to go about a full refund it pretends not to have received the email. I am going to ask PayPal to remove this seller from the list of their trusted clients, If you browse the Internet you can find lots of complaints about these Chinese bogus companies using minilaptopaccessories@***.com as the email address linked to their PayPal account, apparently people have asked PayPal already to do something, but to no avail.

I purchased a charger for my Sony Vaio, originally said it would ship in 2 to 4 days. I emailed them after a week to see when I should expect to receive it and the told me that it would take approximately 20 days to receive it. When I did and tried using it, it does not work. I placed an order for a battery for my samsung series 9. I stupidly forgot to check the reviews before sending money. I will never do that again. I found the battery for a third of the price elsewhere and wanted to cancel the order. They absolutely refused saying the order had already shipped. Well they lied about that because I sent multiple emails every single day requesting a tracking number which they could supply, always a different excuse as to why I could track the package or provide the shipping number. This went on for over 2 weeks... and finally they provided a shipping label which was post marked the exact day they actually shipped a package. After reading all the reviews now I get to wait a month to see if they shipped the right thing... Bottom line these people are crooks, and I have every intention of trying to use Visa's fraud protection services and paypal's dispute services to make sure their on some kind of list... this many negative experiences and reviews (I've found over 200 on numerous sites) should be grounds for revocation from visa and paypal... all other major credit vendors as well... I would ask that anyone else dealing with this company make as much noise as possible with the people they depend on for a living such as CC vendors and paypal...

Took 6 wks for XBox360 AC adaptor to arrive. Website return policy allows return for refund of exchange. They refuse to give refund stating "it's not our fault." Do not buy from them!
